I truly dislike leaving negative reviews and so wished I could have experienced all the wonderful things the other reviewers had to say. I was really excited and looking forward to my much anticipated appt but came down with strep throat and had to cancel. When I tried to reschedule I received a strange email from the office manager stating my original appt was made in error and the provider is not taking a new client any more. I was stunned. When I called to make my original appointment, it was the provider who answered and explained what to expect from their service and handed the phone to the office manager for me to make my first appointment. I did not see anywhere on their website or Yelp suggesting they are no longer taking new clients. I saw discount ad for services offered instead. Perhaps the provider didn't like that I had to cancel my appt for being ill but to say my appt was made in error really did not settle well as a consumer. I felt that this is deceitful and really upset me. I hope to see the provider places a disclaimer on her website that they are NOT taking new clients and from here on out. Thankfully, I was able to find a reputable and respected provider to address my needs elsewhere . In the end I'm glad not a penny from my wallet went to this ungrateful establishment. Truly a disappointment.
