I live for the Vanity team!!
So let's set some things straight:
1. I have been going to Vanity for 2 years, since they opened, due to high demand every day is almost booked solid. With that being said YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IT IS PREFERRED! I have no problem waiting if I haven't made one because the team is amazing.
2. No customer is better than the other or treated better than others. Also remember they have familes and need to eat as well. So if they have been working all day, no breaks or very tiny ones, and they need to make a phone call or take one let them. Yes, we live in a "I want it now culture" but you don't get everything how you want it. The world isn't Burger King.
3. If you aren't satisfied with your service before you leave, tell them and be honest then. Don't hide behind a website and leave nasty comments, shade and/ or reading is NOT fundamental in this situation.
As I stated I have been witg Vanity for a long time, I don't plan on changing. You become family and you stick to it no matter the error. If you don't have the patience to wait for good work, please go to a chop shop to get your nails done.
Anyhoot all my nail designs are always hand painted perfection. My designs can take up to 3 hours. So ya I make appointments and help clean up our work area when I can.
Like I said, one of the Best teams in the Valley. :)
