  • I wish I could leave no stars. They sold me an iPhone 10 for $1000, I took it home and the Bluetooth didn't work. I spent all day on the phone with apple who had me reset everything many times and I wasted like two hours on the phone with them then another hour with a guy from the store on the phone, I took my the phone to the apple store in the mall they told me that unless I bought apple care (which wasn't offered to me when I bought the phone) that I would have to pay for repairs (on a brand new phone I just bought yesterday) so I should take it back to store I bought it from for exchange. Another wasted hour and a half spent at the mall apple store. I took it back to this at&t store, I explained everything technical I had already done, the store employees wasted another 30-40 minutes re-doing every technical thing I just explained in detail I had already done. I told them apple themselves had determined that it was a faulty hardware bluetooth antenna (On a brand new $1000 phone!). The employee Debarge told me they wouldn't exchange it and I had to take it to apple! I told them I had just been to apple and they sent me here, the employee could do not have cared less. He said, "they have a contract with apple" what does that mean? You sold me a broken phone and won't exchange it? Nope. So I said I just cancel everything and give me a refund he said ok but you will lose your phone number. So now after wasting my entire day I have to go BACK to apple store where I was already sent away today. I told the employees this could not have been a more terrible experience and that I would be writing a bad review and he just smugly shrugged his shoulders and said "that's fine." These employees are just corporate drones who could not care less about you the customer they just got want to press buttons. AT&T basically held my phone number I have had for years as hostage and would kill it unless I stayed with them. Now I have to go back to apple store tomorrow and waste another day trying to get a brand new phone working that I spent a $1000 on. RUN DO NOT WALK AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. Don't make the same mistake I did.
