  • I had my sons 7th birthday here yesterday and Was sadly disappointed. I'm sure the children had fun and that is most important. The kids get 1 hour of jump. The parents in the mean time have to search for tables and somewhere to sit. So send people a head of time to block and save chairs for your guests. Then you get 40 mins to eat pizza, cake and presents so hustle, hustle, hustle!!!!! You're assigned a young teenager to serve pizza and cake. Our young girl obviously hasn't learned any people skills. She rudely reminded me that "you know you only get this place til 3:40?" Yes, thank you. Then my son is opening presents and my mom was polite enough to pull her gifts out of the groups to save time and he could open them later. But again the girl decided to tell me my son can't open any more presents we only had 4 more minutes. Then I almost lost it. You don't tell a 7 year old at HIS party that I paid over $300 dollars for that he can't open his presents. No we will never have another event there. And she did not get a tip. Over priced not worth it
