  • I was told by my doctor that I needed an MRI breast imaging so Simon med called my insurance and they told me I had a $99 co-pay which was fine I had the MRI everything was fine however I got a bill for $2000 from my insurance apparently Simon med did not code something correctly or they screwed up when initially talking to my insurance company. If they screwed up and I really owe this money I would not have had this procedure done. Simon med screwed up either with the coding or the initial contact and I am very upset with them. It is still not resolved. I'm very upset with Simon med and I will never work with Simon med again
