  • Ocotillo Bay has the worst office staff in Chandler AZ. My wife and I lived there for a year. The office staff was always a little rude to begin with however we never allowed that to bother us. 6 Months prior to moving we submitted a notice of vacancy. We sent an email for tracing purposed and handed them a note. After that we submitted a 3 month notice again. The office ladies claimed to have never received the notice that I handed to them so I showed them where I had sent the email. They claimed that it was invalid and demanded that we pay $2,000 for a month that was not even on the contract (which is illegal because the contract did not automatically renew.) As anyone else would have done I refused to pay it so they sent me to collections limiting my ability to get a good interest rate on a house I am looking to buy. BEWARE SCAMMERS AND RIP OFFS!
