There is a dearth of decent dinning spots on this stretch of water front. This situation is complicated even more as one is at a loss to find something that's open late and has something to curb one's late night cravings for dessert.
They seemed to have nailed it as they are open till midnight and location covers this neighborhood well.
Few hitches though their sign needs to be more prominent as its a bit obscure and if one didn't know of this spot it can be easily missed altogether.
Ah well I walked here soaking wet not knowing what to expect. The setup is nice with chalk written menu and the Gelato/Sorbetto displayed nicely. There is a good selection of coffee/tea drinks though I didn't try any. There is also a selection of other desserts such as cup cakes and cookies.
I just went for the raspberry as I wanted to cleanse my palate after a big meal. Partners in crime ordered a chocolate, salted caramel, peanut butter and pumpkin scoop.
The raspberry was OK not great as I felt the flavor wasn't as intense I would have liked. From the tasting bite I got I liked the salted caramel and pumpkin flavors.
Chocolate was ho hum.
I will be back for sure and will try their espresso drinks on the next visit.
Update: I tried the cappuccino and it is just average. I prefer one of the main chain's offering.
