  • Why is it that you always find pretty much what you are looking for but at the wrong time? I am moving out of my apartment in May so I started looking in March thinking it would take awhile and I wanted to take my time and find some place that I REALLY liked. Paradise Palms was the 2nd place I looked at and knew right away I wanted that apartment. The problem was my move in date was 2 months away and they could not hold empty apartments that long-completely get that! I was dealing with Tim Prunotto and he promised he would keep me in mind if another 1 bedroom came available within my time frame. Shockingly enough he called last weekend and I am getting exactly the apartment I wanted. The complex is just the right size and the units are nice and large. The living room is big enough that all my furniture will fit into it and I will have room to walk around! Large bedroom and walk in closet and plenty of additional storage. I am excited to get moved in and explore the Biltmore area! Thank you to Tim, Leah and Alliance for the great experience!! Robin
