| - This is less than a 1 star rating. E4U should be ashamed of yourselves acting like you are the best tour company with over 30 years of business. My husband arranged the Price Is Right tour as a surprise for my big birthday and it was a very very sad birthday trip. Contracting out to so called motor coach companies without even checking them out is shameful on your part. Switching hotels on us last minute to a flea bag inn in a very bad neighborhood just to probably make more money for you is very shameful. Providing us with a tour company that has unsafe filthy vehicles without A/C and non working seatbelts, no room at all for luggage and crams us all in is shameful. You are the tour company and you are responsible to check these places out. A driver that states, I am only the driver, without a promised tour guide is shameful. Only providing drive by's of places of interest instead of drop offs to sights that were promised and never got to and no dinner on our own at a tourist area as promised is shameful and then having to find a place at the unsafe hotel in an area we wouldn't even walk 1 block for is very shameful. The absolute worst part of this whole trip is not even getting the tickets or get our tour group on a list at the Price Is Right. We were treated as general wait in line people!!! Driver Brandy just dropped off at the gate and told just tell them who you are. We were not on the Price Is Right list at all. You people are disgusting!!!!! We were promised 1 night lodging at the Quality Inn/Burbank, did not happen, we were promised breakfast included, wise up that comes from the hotel and that was not even worked out with our early departure,motor coach, transportation, that did not happen, we were promised Price Is Right show tickets, that did not happen. The flyer you sent with the receipt after payment, was nothing we received at all!!! The motor coach company did not get the proper pick up places for the passengers and we end up getting a phone call asking where we are when we are waiting at the place that was on our receipt all along.And the so called transport company gave us a flyer during our journey that was also totally wrong . No one from E4U ever returned e mails or phone calls. When we finally did talk to you Sandy, you said, it is sold out and you will have a marvelous time and you would contact us before. NEVER HAPPENED!!! Never any call backs or e mails throughout the entire time from October until December 8. My husband had to try to call you the day before several times to confirm everything and then you gave him the drivers phone number to call to confirm. Isn't that your job?And then she had us down at a totally different pick up area. And again as the driver said, she is only the driver not the tour guide. Is that how a travel agent works, FOR THE CUSTOMER? When we finally met up with the motor transport van, we were just ready to cry when we saw what we were in for. 8 people crammed no place for luggage in the back of the van, all had to cram their bags where they could with no legroom , unsafe vehicle, flea bag hotel, no promised tour and no Price is Right tickets. Believe me there is much more to say, but I think I got to the point. I don't care about all your disclaimers that you must have taken lots of time to create. So don't bother writing back about your disclaimer claims and things happen and can change! BULL! There are no excuses for what you have done here. You should have staff trained and organization in all you do to make every trip pleasurable for every customer! NO excuse for anything!You have taken our hard earned money!!! Lots of things must have happened between you and customers to write lengthy disclaimers all over everything you provide. That is a sure sign of a very sad operation. Bottom line is you are a sorry company that should not be in business and I feel bad for anyone out there that is planning anything with these people. For those of you looking into planning trips with these people of any sort, day trips, overnight trips or lengthy trips, DON'T DO IT!!!
