  • If I were to advise anyone on top 10 things to do in Vegas this would be one of them. The view alone is a must see. The restaurant is very modern and classy with great ambiance. I made a reservation on OpenTable and mentioned that the we were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. The staff were kind enough to reserve a booth with an excellent view. I really thank you! A really nice touch is that they provide a complimentary starter - different breads with 3 types of butter (ginger & orange, basil pesto & classic) For the main dish I settled for the bone in fillet mignon & foiè gras with a side of steamed asparagus & poached egg. I asked for the steak to be rare and they got it absolutely right. The steak also featured excellent caramelization like you would expect in such a high class restaurant. The poached egg had the perfect shape and consistency, it complemented both the steak and the asparagus. Another nice touch is that the sides are shareable. (they bring them in a separate plate) For the desert I asked our server to recommend something and she mentioned their all chocolate cake. I accepted the recommendation and I don't regret it. The cake was really well balanced and the right portion size. All in all, this restaurant was the best place to celebrate our anniversary. We will be back! Thank you for the experience!
