  • Legit, one of the WORSR complexes EVER! Let's talk about when I first decided to sign the lease and move in. I was informed that I would have the view of a pool from my studio, the day I came to sign everything, my view suddenly turned into a vending machine! I submitted numerous requests for my dryer to be fixed, supposedly they gave me a new one, I eventually gave up on that and now wash my clothes at a laundry mat, how convenient right? Staff in the office are rude! The only helpful one is Anthony (tendered one). Everyone else ignores your emails, they NEVER pick up the office phone! I have sent several emails asking for documents and because they can't answer a simple call, they can neither reply back to an email. They recently changed management and let's just say they suck more now than they ever have! Numerous times your hallways will smell like weed, loud music plays from the neighbors Friday-Sunday nights and nothing is done. I paid $50 for a key fob for the front gate and the gates are either 1. Broken or 2. The fob won't work Guys, don't waste your time here, if you're ok with low quality apartments, with utilities that never work, and horrible service from the office, then this is the place for you! Oh yeah, let me not forget. The garbage company hardly ever comes and picks up the trash, fur tires is laying out in the middle of the street half the time, and it's just a complete mess! Don't believe the pics you see online, your apartment will looking NOTHING like that!
