There for a weekend in July. Great atmosphere. Rooms were great. Pool was great! Not as crowded as the other pool parties, but lets call it a "medium" pool party scene. Great DJ with great music, clean, lots of space. The crowd is a bit of everything, but this hotel caters to the mid 20s to mid 30s crowd, a fun atmosphere. Watch out $15 for a drink at the pool. Sneak in your own. Close to everything and in the dead center of the strip. Everything we could ask for. A $20 cab ride to the airport.
My only complain is that in this day and age the entire building should have free wifi to guests, especially since people are coming in from out of the country and need to connect their cell phones. Americans don't care because they have their smart phones with local data plans, but Canadians felt a bit disconnected. We paid the daily resort fee of $20, and that included wifi in the room only and ONLY on 1 device. Any extra devices were $13/day. I think that is ridiculous. A minor detail that makes any hotel more tourist friendly in this digital age we live in.
This hotel was NOT cheap. It was moderate and free wifi would have made it a better deal. Given it's not the top hotel on the strip a bit more affordable rooms wouldn't hurt. I would go back again without shopping around if they give me a better deal, but when I go back I will do price comparisons, because the price was a bit steep.
