  • I must say that after I read the reviews that were left on Yelp and other sites I was wondering if I made the right decision. I waited for a couple of months before posting my review because I wanted to see how everything ran. Cons: the office is on the sister property so you don't see any staff at all here on this property. They have a bit outdated doors on apartments and thru the pool area. The maintenance takes a while to get to you but they do a good job when they get there. The security gates are broke down quite a bit so that can be worrisome Pros: they have a great breakfast Monday-Friday from 7-9.. The breakfast is served by a wonderful lady and I highly recommend it. The hot tub and pool are really nice as is the workout area. The parking is decent for residents and guests. Grills work well So yes it may not be a perfect complex but I don't know any that is. If they can get to have someone from Office on property daily it would be nice. I would also like more communication from office to residents instead of rent is due. I gave it 4 stars because of the cons
