You would think that paying a fee to shop here, you get some sort of ok service or competent employees for that matter.
Root cause/service: negative trillion/5
So I have been working on trying to get my incentives from both 2016 & 2017. I went to the store and spoke to a Des and was provided a # to call a Tia Lucas, whom seem to be on point on my first conversation. However, her incompetence became the most annoying and ball dropping individual I have ever encountered.
Spoke to her a few times, was informed that she saw the issue and will be crediting me for the missed credit. After a few weeks has gone by and still hasn't got my credit, so I decided to call Tia a few more times, never cared to return my call.
Next, I called Corporate a few times, finally got a rep to tell me that the case was closed huh? How do you close a case that hasn't been resolved?
Anyhow, weeks later, I called a few more times and this time, I supposingly got a manager who informed me that I should get an email to reopen the case. 3 days later, still no emails.
As of today, still no news, so I called again, after being on hold for 35 minutes, some chick came on, read my notes, placed me on hold for another 25 minutes. Another chick answered like a brand new Rep. I was like WTF? Where's the other chick? Well waited for this new chick to read all the notes, then inform me she is clueless and doesn't know how to help me. Therefore, decides to put me on hold again, after 30 minutes later, a Supervisor comes on and basically useless.
Yes, long story short, I got nowhere indeed, I'm giving up, will cancel my membership and tell all my friends and ex employees to cancel their memberships as well.
Tips to Walmart:
Wow! How the hell do you pick your employees? From the streets at random?
