If it weren't for the housekeeping issues, this would be our favorite place to stay.
Spend the extra money for one a room with a balcony overlooking the strip and fountains at Bellagio. We actually spent more time in the room this trip than when staying at any other hotel, and we usually have suites at other hotels in LV.
Housekeeping is hit or miss. No robes upon arrival. Called to ask if we could have them delivered, after all, the hangers with the threatening note about take them and we'll charge you were in the closet. They said they were aware we didn't have robes and they were out. The next day we had 2 very comfortable robes in the closet. Cool, but the next day they were gone again and not replaced. Called again, this time they brought them to us. Didn't notice then, but there were no wash cloths replaced in the bathroom. The next morning one of the lights on the side of the vanity went out, we purposely left the lights on so someone would notice and replace it - no such luck, but the robes were still there.
The front desk and bellmen are all very friendly and helpful. We need to try more of their restaurants, Holsteins is great for a casual meal.
