This review is based off of a call. I wish I got her name, but she was rude and condescending. I had a simple question about receiving a package, but she was giving me an attitude for no reason. "Uh no?" were the exact words she said and similar things along the line. She was acting like I worked at FedEx so I should know all the answers. Yeah totally I'm just calling for no reason. Not like I called because I had a question and you're the one who works at FedEx. Silly me. Then when I was going to end the call, she didn't even say anything. I was the one who had to say "hope you have a nice day" and "goodbye". She just hung up. Everyone has bad days, but if you knew how to be an adult, you'd know how to separate your personal problems and emotions from your work. Don't work a customer service job if you don't have any customer service skills.
