Serviceman arrived in timely manner and advised us that the problem was a bad "relay" inside the refrigerator (unit stopped cooling). He indicted that the inside of the back of the refrigerator was very dirty and the coils were covered with household dust causing the relay to fail. The serviceman used his small vacuum cleaner and "blew out" all the dust from inside the back of the refrigerator all over our kitchen. He said it's better to blow the dust out instead of vacuuming up the dust. We have always kept the front coils clean under the door. Never knew about the back. The relay was "in stock" on his truck and the repair completed. I thought the service fee of $99.00 was a little high with the total service call at $299.00. The serviceman was polite, on time and the part was on the truck. The serviceman should have had some kind of a bonnet to wrap around the refrigerator if he was going to "blow" the dust out of the back of the unit, containing the dust.
