  • Read all the negative reviews before bringing your clothes here!! They ruined your clothes and will NOT reimburse if you don't keep the store receipt for your garments!! Absolutely terrible service!! They recently ruined my 10th year anniversary white dress. When my wife picked up the dress it was completely damaged. The entire dress had been "wet-washed." The dress is now shrunk, much shorter and tighter. It has lost its shape. I took the dress back to the cleaner and talked to Gary Shover "owner" about the dress ruined by "wet-washing" and showed him the caring label stated dry-clean only. Gary called me the next day admitted the staff mistakenly washed the dress which she should not. They admitted their mistake but they did not reimburse because I don't have store receipt for the dress. I 'd go anywhere but not here, the owner handled the issues very terribly and RUDE not professional at all.
