  • Where do I start, at first I went in there with mind set that hey I'm going to get myself a used bike, but what I got was a super brand new bad ass Kawasaki Ninja 300. The staff at this Ridenow location is by far the greatest, they have a funny, easy going staff that is very willing to help. I'm not going to lie I went in scared I've never rode a bike so safe to say I had a lot of questions. They made me feel comfortable and were more then willing to answer any questions I had. Dennis the very awesome salesman that helped me was easy to work with and kept me in the loop through the entire process, he even arranged to have my bike delivered which was very amazing!! He made sure I got acquainted with Xavier one of the other very awesome people in parts. Xavier helped me find a helmet I was comfortable in and helped pick out a bike lock. Kayla the great young lady helped me understand the upkeep on the bike from showing me how to check the oil making sure it's at the right level, how to check the tire pressure, she was very knowledgeable. I would just like to end this by saying thank you to those three amazing individuals who made me feel at home as well as the other amazing people who work there.
