  • Our overall initial experience was ok, that was until yesterday. We bought a car from this location and used our old vehicle as a trade in. The sale was completed on 11/29/14. As of yesterday we still had not received our plates in the mail from motor vehicle. My husband stopped in to see what was taking so long. Turns out nobody ever sent our information in to motor vehicle. We now have a temp tag that is set to expire in 7 days, and drivetime is not taking any responsibility for it. They told my husband there is nothing they can do, even though it was their screw up. It's going to be another 3 weeks before we receive our new plates. I had to sit at motor vehicle for 2 hours yesterday just to file a sold notice on our old vehicle because they were requesting proof of insurance, and drivetime had also not reported that our old vehicle now belonged to them. Totally irate about this whole thing. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from such a disorganized and devious company, and plan on warning everyone that I can to stay away!!!
