  • We go to this Panera all the time. We love the food! A little pricey but you get what you pay for. They almost always get your order correct and when they don't, they make it right. I recently had a delivery order where they forgot a sandwich. I drove to the restaurant and they apologized and gave me an extra sandwich and a bag of chips for having to drive all the way there. The delivery driver also called and apologized. I started out a little annoyed that I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant when I was trying to stay in for the night but they made it worth it and the customer service is top notch!
