One thing that I want to tell EVERYONE in Arizona, "DO NOT USE THE AUTOMATED DELI SERVICE STATION" in this store. It is a farce. I have ordered 5 times using this deli station and only once was my order ready in the "15 minutes or less" that the store promises. Twice I have had rude employees turn a blind ear to my complaints and I have to take another manual ticket and wait another 15-20 minutes to get my order filled. The fifth and final time, my frustration broke through, and I asked to speak to the manager (A person by name of Chris Berryman). He said "The system worked but the people behind the counter did not!" What? The system worked because I got a ticket printed by the deli station and that constitutes a customer promise fulfilled? How ridiculous! Then yet another rude deli employee proceeded to reluctantly take care of my order. The rest of the employees in this store are nice and respectful. The store itself is very well run but I suggest avoiding the deli station and the deli itself.
P.S. I wrote to Fry's website with a complaint and they responded by saying that they are going to give my complaint to the same manager that in the first place does not understand what a customer service means!
