| - Having been in this Bath & Body Works a couple times through the years for gifts or seeking a particular scent of body wash and body cream (craving coconut in summer, for example), I've ended up here a couple times in the last couple weeks!
I saw Facebook friends posting about a return of the classic scents of our teen years available for a limited time. Interest piqued by their excitement (how much DID I enjoy Juniper Breeze?) I went in. Alas, Juniper Breeze was gone three days after the throwback debut, minus a couple bottles of lotion - which I dutifully picked up.
Along with six bottles of other scents.
While the local store likely isn't setting the sales, the 75% off promotion the sales associate pointed out did lead me to buy more than I intended. While I call Bath & Body Works overpriced on the regular for my budget and for the products longevity, $3.50 a bottle or tube is A-OK.
Both sales associate's that offered their assistance were super friendly. Enough that I suspect there is some sort of commission based or team shift based incentive going on for them. But they weren't competitive with each other nor were they pushy or fake nice. Just offering to help me find that Juniper Breeze, suggesting alternatives in its place, making sure I had a bag, checking in after I'd made a lap, and anticipating my timing at the cash register,
The girls working at West Towne in the afternoon's the past couple weeks represent the brand well!
I'll be back this month to use the free item with $10 purchase coupon that was in my bag. And trying desperately to stick to the $10 total!
