| - Had a terrible experience coming into this dealership. I drove in with my Toyota Yaris and I was ready to upgrade my vehicle to ANY Volkswagen model.
The staff was heavily profiling whether I had money based on my appearance. So how was I dressed? I wore a t-shirt, shorts, and some flip flops. I was not wearing my wallet on my sleeve, however when I went to other car maker dealership I was greeted, they asked what I was looking for, etc.
Here is a tip, buying a car is 50% of your decision, the other 50% is seeing how your car is serviced. So, from the minute I walked in, I've made my decision on buying a new car, but after NOT being spoken too for at least 30 minutes , I've decided to never do business with Volkswagen. If the manager is reading this please check your security footage and see how embarrassing it is to have your entire staff being lazy and discriminative profiling that none of them approached me. I even made it easy by hanging by their desk, no one was doing anything. Working hard or hardly working?
Anyways, if no one approaches you during extremely low traffic, I know I would receive terrible service if I would have purchased a car and have it serviced through that dealership.
FYI I never had complaints with my Yaris for 6 years but I already have a complaint with Volkswagen before I even owned a vehicle. Buyers beware!
