Waited for my turn fair and square, after 30 minutes a lady walks in with 2 daughters and because the mom checked in via her phone app, the stylists had to take all 3 of them ahead of me. That just isn't fair. I got up and left. I can see taking 1 of the 3 ahead of me, but all 3 is bologna. This is a poorly designed marketing gimmick created by the Great Clips Corporation. Go back to first come, first served. I like the stylists at this location, but the corporate policy isn't well thought out.
