  • Guys! This is a diamond in the rough. Adorable townhouse-style apartments in the North Side, tucked away in Riverview Park. I live in a 2 bedroom, both of which have high cathedral ceilings, tons of closet space, a sunken living room, new carpets and fresh paint... and let me tell you about this BALCONY. First off, it overlooks the woods. A WOODPECKER woke me up this morning like I was freakin Snow White. Also, it's huge, private... so much so that I just did an insanity workout out there in a sports bra and tiny shorts and I was like... so? Rent is super reasonable, the landlord is laid back and helpful, and it's about 7 minutes to Boulevard of the Allies, which means I get to work at the PG in no time flat. Basically, all of my friends are jealous, and my cat is living the dream.
