  • This review is for my second time here. Nothing fancy. I feel like it's more of a takeout place than anything, so I do not recommend dining at Loui's. The service is really, really disappointing. The server seems forced to do his job, and is never around to refill water or otherwise. The food is good and filling, but overall, this place was only average.
