Went here for a pedicure last week and was happy with the pedicure itself and you really cannot beat the price ($28 is pretty flippin' fantastic). However, the service definitely leaves something to be desired. It's not that the staff are unkind per se, they just aren't very personable or welcoming. For example, when it came time to put my flip flop on, my aesthetician just tapped the side of my ankle rather than attempting to verbally communicate to me that it was time to lift my foot. Also, once they send you over to the drying corner, they pretty much just forget all about you. I sat there for quite some time and no one ever came over to check and see if my toes were dry. I would have sat there all day if I didn't eventually just get up and leave.
I probably will come back because the price is so fantastic and the pedicure that I received was technically good. Just don't go expecting to have any sort of social interaction whatsoever.
