  • My husband & I had never been to the Soda shop...we had NO idea what to expect other than we knew they serve specialty sodas...We told the clerk we'd never been and needed some time to figure out the menu. She said, what soda do you like. I said Classic Coke. She said OH. and never said another word...started watching the other employees. We did get 2 drinks which were "OK" but the service was terrible. We vowed not to go back again. So you might want to train you service people a little more on how to give customer service!
