  • I was an Avis customer for over 25 years before I ran into this operation. I can handle slow and incompetent (like assigning two people to the same vehicle), but they tried to scam me on the LDW coverage and when I returned the car FULL of gas they tried to send me a bill after for a refuel. Stay away from these guys. It is sad when a once solid company slips into trying to rip of their best customers.
