I have a home warranty, and of course that puts me at the bottom of the list. My air went last week and I was assigned to Gilbert air by my home warranty, they were supposed to call within 24 hours, they didn't. My husband tried calling them to confirm, voicemail. I called, voicemail. Three days with several more attempts of calling with no call back. My home warranty company called and no call back. Finally on my third call to HW they spoke to Gilbert Air and said they would be out today, Tuesday between 10-12. No show. I called and actually got a real person and asked when they would be here, she told me she would call the tech and she or he would call me immediately. No call. I have called several times to only get voicemail. I have been without air for one week now and have been sitting at home waiting all day! I don't know what kind of work they do but I can say they are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! They shouldn't accept home warranty programs if they aren't going to treat customers properly. I have to give them one star because it won't let you post without a rating...Thumbs down!
