I hate to even take the time out of my life to write this review, but do want to warn people.
PLUSES
+A few good restaurants
+Beautiful Chandelier bar with different specialty drinks on each tier
MINUSES
-Dried up chicken and beer bottle caps in middle of room floor that we check in to
-Potato chip crumbs on bed of room we just checked into (at least I hope they weren't scabs or anything. wouldn't be surprised)
-You need your key every time you use the elevator. Always at least 2 elevator card readers that don't work
-Check in lady told us about a champagne deal available throughout hotel ("at the pool we ask?" "yes" she says) Pool had never heard of it.
-Wrap around balcony floor was filthy. Hello. Ever heard of a power washer?
-Pool was MINISCULE. You have to be there before it opens if you want a seat at all.
-Pool loungers had white stains and cigarette burns on them. Gross!!!
-Most of the pool is in the shade for the latter half of the day and since it's so tiny, there's no where else to go.
-No customer service guys at the pool to move loungers/sell daybeds etc. You have to track down an already busy waitress.
-This one security guy said he'd get 2 loungers moved to the sun for us. Never saw him again.
-Pool has like 6 food items on their menu. not enough!
-No resort fee so instead they sock it to business travelers ($15 for 24 hrs of wifi plus $20 to use the gym)
Needless to say. Never again Cosmopolitan!
