  • I recently moved in here a couple months ago. My first impression was that it was very appealing and nice. The office staff was friendly and the application and move in process was easy. While the apartment was freshly painted, nice carpets and clean, the staff that turned the apartment missed a couple things. First, my patio was not clean and had stains and rust on the concrete that will not come off. Plus the ice maker in the freezer did not work. A couple days after moving in I made a work order for my washing machine that would only spit out cold water. They came right away. Next it was my ice maker, then my dishwasher that would leave white residue on my dishes. The maintenance men were very nice and helpful. They explained to me that it is poor water quality but they still put a cleaner to help in my dishwasher, which was great. However, I just submitted my fourth work order and it has taken over 48 hours for them to even come out and look at it. I am very displeased with this because since I work in property management, I know this would never be acceptable to my residents. Lastly, the landscaping is in poor condition. There is always trash caught in the bushes, and dead leaves from the trees in the walk ways. All in all, the rent amount is great and the apartment is very nice, however I would appreciate more communication from the staff regarding maintenance issues and the landscaping to be done. You definitely get what you pay for.
