Looking for authentic ramen??? This is the place!!! They serve some bomb ramen that I've been looking for here in Nevada. The location is near my favorite Korean BBQ place Hwaro so parking is limited. I did come here on a Wednesday night at around 9pm so there was some parking. The wait for 2 was about 10 minutes.
The restaurant is really small which you know it's authentic because Japanese ramen bars are very small. Its usually a eat and go kind of thing. The menu is very simple. There's a few ramen choices, add on toppings, and sides such as fried rice or gyoza. Average price for a bowl of ramen is about $8. I got the black garlic ramen because garlic is my favorite. The broth is more on the rich and creamy side compared to a shoyu broth. I switched my noodles to the thick noodles because I had thin the night before. I also got the fried rice which would probably taste better with meat. I had to remove the chashu because I don't eat meat. Food wait was about 5 minutes. I was not mad at all. There are condiments you c ask for such as sesame seeds, vinegar, etc... I wanted to go here tonight but sadly I have no one to go with. I recommend this place to anyone who loves ramen. Tip: not great for big parties.
