  • In the course of selling our Peoria, AZ home QUICKLY (offer made 16 days after listing and buyers anxious to move soon since their own home was closing), the inspection found some areas needing attention on the roof. I called a number of places to be put off--'too busy to come soon', 'will be at least two weeks' were frequently heard. I finally contacted Legacy and they immediately made an appt the next day to have someone come out and give us an estimate. The person who did the actual work came shortly after and got the job done over the course of a few days. Couldn't be happier with their rapid response and good work which comes with a two year guarantee.
