If there was anything that was hard to find, it's this buffet in the Paris hotel. The line was long and the price was decent. When I finally got a table, I started my food hunt at the buffet. Most of the French food here is country style (bouillabaisse, ratatouille, etc). Since I wasn't much of a stew person, the best thing here that stood out for me was the crepe station. Oh, and the little cuts of pork in a tiny cast iron skillet (are they imitating the Wicked Spoon?).
If only they had duck confit when I was there that afternoon. Le sigh.
