Wow cable just recently made its way into the Brunswick area and I was so excited. After having wow for years and always good service I couldn't wait to start there service and get rid of my other provider. I am not sure what has changed in the 4 years since I've been without wow, but I couldn't be more disappointed. Started with door to door salesman who set up date without my acknowledgement, then the sales person over the phone who set up services I am not actually receiving. 2 weeks after service began the service went out. It's been out for 7 days now and that's because the service person did not call ahead of time as I was told he was going to. I was only 500 feet away at the neighbors when he decided to show up. It's really sad because I was so excited and ready to spread the word to switch providers. As of right now I won't be telling anyone.
