  • Extremely rude and incompetent. I can't even count the times I have to keep going in there to ask then to scan our packages correctly! Most items we send out and pay for are sent back to us. They keep telling us oops someone scanned wrong. This place needs retraining, or people fired. Learn to do your job right! And quit the attitudes, I come in very nice even though frustrated, no need to get upset with me, because of your mistakes.
