  • Last night we attended an advanced screening with movie passes I won through another vendor. The movie was excellent. The movie experience was not. To be in the prestigious South Park area, this theater is a disappointment to the neighborhood. It's in serious need of a renovation because the inside looks and smells old and outdated. There was a stench in the air and the floors were not very clean. Inside we sat close to the top and our seats were near the wall. My bf said an ant crawled on him while he was standing in the concessions line, and I saw a roach walking across the side of the seat. I don't think I've ever been more uncomfortable during a two hour show in my life. Not to mention the staff and organizers were incredibly rude. There is a way of doing things and they surely lacked professionalism by calling out people sitting in the wrong seats in front of the entire audience. All they simply had to do was walk up to them and quietly ask them to find other seats that weren't reserved. Instead they yelled out orders and threatened to kick people out. Just unnecessary.
