  • Very rarely do I give 5 stars. But, these guys deserve it!! If you own a BMW that is past it's warranty and you are left at the mercy of paying for repairs, avoid the BMW Dealerships/Service Centers (ie. Chapman or BMW N. Scottsdale). Go to Babbitt Motor Werks. They're located in Mesa. They saved me about $400 in repairs from what Chapman quoted me. Another time, I came in with a blown out light bulb. they replaced it, and didn't even charge me for it. Nathan, I believe, is the owner of the place. He's a factory trained BMW technician and is probably the most honest mechanic I have ever met. My mom always said "If you find the right girl, a good doctor, and a good mechanic, you'll live easier." I don't think they deal with non-BMWs. You should call and ask. One of the reasons I hate leaving Phoenix is that I am going to have to find another mechanic for my car.
