  • I have had so many bad experiences with Lowe's and their "contractors" that install carpet that I finally complained to corporate Lowe's. Actually wrote the CEO. Did they do anything to correct the problem? Nope. My issue was pushed off to some PR lady that blew smoke and did nothing. Some companies actually care about doing a good job. Or at least giving you what you pay for. Not Lowe's. Nope. They care about your cash. Nothing more. Unfortunately for Lowe's they will not get another penny from me. But they were crystal clear in their responses to me that they could care less. My advice? Home Depot.
