This could EASILY be a one-star rating, however I decided to increase it to a 2-star rating based on one (1) individual who seemed to care about my shopping experience.
Went to be fitted for clubs today (test new clubs) since I have not had new clubs in nearly 20 years.
My salesperson took me to the practice area, proceeded to seem 30% genuine at best as he barely listened to precisely "What" I was basically looking for. I basically felt like "just another customer" at that point.
Let's add something: I drove 35 to 40 minutes to get to this location and today was a belated birthday celebration (buying the clubs)- thus, it was a real treat to myself. I was hoping for a fun, positive / learning experience while hoping to walk out with my new clubs.
Instead:
1. My salesperson placed a ball down on the practice mat, then proceeded to walk away.
2. I asked if they had a "glove" I could use - but I was never given one upon request.
3. My salesperson told me absolutely nothing about the club I was using, and / or why he chose it (7-iron).
4. I went around the store hunting for my salesperson....nowhere to be found.
5. Another salesperson asked if I was being helped and I said "I don't think I am.....". He listened to what had occurred and deeply apologized (embarrassed for his store to be honest). He was kind enough to find me a store manager.
6. I spoke to the manager, and he basically said "I'm sorry".......
An absolute waste of time, and a COMPLETELY MISERABLE experience.
Why did I ever go to this place?
