  • Very disappointed this visit (10/18/17). First, my tech barely acknowledged me or responded when I tried to talk with her, yet was very talkative to the nail tech next to her. Second, and more important - I told her directly that my heels are very dry and flaky, like really bad, they just happened to have been in wet shoes all morning and so were not as noticeable. She spent maybe a few minutes on them, by the time I got home they were as dry, flaky and crackly as ever. My first pedi here was awesome, so wanted to make this my go-to spot. But service should be the same each time, or at least very close. This was nowhere near good.
