FIrst off, I have to thank Jay, the salesperson for his professionalism from the beginning. I am someone who really dislikes the whole car buyiing experience. So for me, the best thing to do is go to the dealer with all the information in my hands. I researched the car I wanted beforehand (Prius) and looked at consumer reports to find out all the latests incentives and the fairest price to pay. I took all this info to the dealer and explain to them that this is what I will pay for the car. No haggling at all. I don't like haggling. The experience overall was a good one. The process is still too long. I don't know why buying a car should take 2 or 3 hrs. But overall, Centennial Toyota seems like a fair place to do business. Everyone there is very professional and in a good mood.
Best part of all: I love the Prius!!
