Yesterday I woke up to a flat tire. I looked up on YELP, as I always do and found that this location received amazing reviews for their customer service.
Once I arrived, I was greeted my Mark and he asked what my needs were. I explained to him how the flat tire came about and he immediately began to address my concerns.
After having my tire inspected, he concluded it could not just be repaired, I would have to replace the tire.
I told him I couldn't do it until payday, which was on Monday. Mark reminded me that since the vehicle was so new, I may have a tire warranty through the dealership. After calling Ford, it turns out I did have the tire protection plan.
I appreciated Marks ability to deliver the best customer service possible. Thanks so much for that. I would highly recommend stopping in for your auto needs. :-)
