This staff is awful! time to clean house! Receptionist (alex) is sassy has an attitude problem. Be nice to the clients woman, they're the ones giving you a paycheck.
If it weren't for Rebecca morrow's vast knowledge/professionalism I would never ever recommend this office or come back. She's absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions and made me feel like I was in an actual doctors office.
This place had the radio playing, receptionists eating chips, not to mention the loooooong wait time. I waited 45 min to see Rebecca. (It was worth it, but still unacceptable- I have a baby at home. I can't spend an hour WAITING) maybe get someone who can make a better schedule. Waiting seems to be a problem here- I've read it in other reviews. Take a look at who's representing your office on the phones and when clients walk in- it's the first experience the client has with your company. And get a new scheduling system in place.
