  • I give these clowns a negative five star rating, steer clear of this location, complete incompetence .. took the car in and asked to do a simple repair, replace a wheel stud. They took all the wheels off did some other work and then replaced the rims/wheels without repairing the broken stud which was why we took the car in to begin with. When asked why they didn't repair the broken stud or even mention it was broken the reply was, "well we talk to allot of people about allot of things every day, we can't remember everything" !! I suggest you find a different Big O location or different repair shop.
