  • I have been going to various Discount Tire locations for many years, and never had a problem before. However, this location was a different story. I went there on President's Day weekend to get new tires and wheels while they were on sale. I was helped by a very nice employee who sat there looking at wheels online for quite a while in order to find the best fit for what I wanted. My order was placed on Saturday, and I was told the wheels would arrive that week, they would let me know when they were in, and I could come in the following Saturday to get the new tires and wheels installed. I had not heard from anyone by Thursday, so I called them. I was told the wheels had not arrived yet, but should be there Friday. I heard nothing again on Friday, so I had to call them again. After being put on hold, given the runaround, and having to call back again, I was finally told that the wheels that I ordered will not fit my car, so I had to order different ones. I was very disappointed to know that the person who helped me clearly did not know what he was doing, or he would not have helped me to pick out wheels that won't fit my car. I was also very disappointed that this was not being told to me until after I had to call them three times to find out what was going on. Very unprofessional. I found other wheels I wanted and got them ordered, and only ordered from them still because they were now going to give me a discount for having to deal with their unprofessionalism. Another week later I finally got my tires and wheels installed. Good thing I had a friend with me who knows about cars, because they Discount installer put my rear tires on wrong - they are directional. The people at Discount did not even bother to offer an apology for this. I find it so ridiculous that the place where the people who work there do tires and wheels all day long every day is the place where they screwed up so badly. I will never go to this location again, for anything, ever. The only good part about this purchase was that they did wind up giving me a pretty nice discount for all the unprofessionalism I suffered through.
