rev:text	I truly believe all of the 5 star reviews on this page are people who either work at this place or have been compensated some how for it, because this is probably the worst animal clinic I have ever been to and I am not sure how they are still in business with how they operate. I brought my pup in here on a Saturday afternoon to have a small wound made by another dog checked out. He had a small gash in his foot, but it was big enough in my opinion to have it checked out. Almost two hours laters, they brought me a bill of around $500 with everything they were going to do and on top of that they told me he needed stitches, and because they were closing, they told me to come back on Monday to put him down and do the procedure. The bill for the stitches and putting him to sleep was going to run me another $1,000. I was blown away. I told them there was no way I could afford any of that and that I was going to take my dog home instead. I ended up paying the bill for antibiotics and his initial checkup, but not for the bandage because that was going to run me another $50. I ended up taking my dog to my vet Dr. Bracken at Arcadia Animal Clinic first thing Monday morning and was told that my dog did not need any stitches or any other unnecessary medication the other clinic was going to charge me for. I brought my pup home with some anticeptic and a few bandages and that was it. I just don't understand how people can take advantage of people and their pets, especially in a somewhat urgent situation like mine, and then to tell me to come back Monday for stitches. It apparently was not that urgent of a matter if they were going to close up shop so quickly. Please stay far, far away from this place. Arcadia Animal Clinic is by far the best clinic I have ever dealt and they are very reasonable with their prices and do not attemp to take advantage of people in this way.
