  • I have gone to this doctor for several years, and she gets worse every year. I can't begin to tell you everything. She is money hungry with signs all over the office about payment being EXPECTED BEFORE seeing the doctor, extremely rude to her staff and patients (a previous post stated this also), has trouble speaking English, has her dogs in the office almost every time that I go there, has cut her times for seeing patients, and makes you wait for hours after arrival to be seen by her. I have called to make an appointment, but the calls get routed to the answering service even though it is during their office times. Amy Tseng is a sneaky person also. I was discussing something with the staff, and I saw her crunched down listening to our conversation!!! I only continued to go to her as her office is not far to travel. Otherwise, I would have found someone else long ago. After not being able to get anyone to return calls for an appointment or answer the phone during their stated hours, I am through with her. See anyone else but her!! If I could give her 0 stars, I would.
